To renew your books, you have three options:
- You can come into the library with your student ID or library card and ask a library staff member at the desk to renew your books.
- You can call the library (Middletown: 540-868-7170; Fauquier: 540-347-6259) with your card in hand and ask the library staff member to renew your books.
- You can go to the Libraries website (http://www.lfcc.edu/libraries/index.html). Then click Find books, then LFCC Catalog.
Up at the top you will see a link to My Account. Click and log in using your VCCS/Blackboard username and password.
Once you have logged in you will see a page of your library Activities at all VCCS schools. The first column (LFC50) is the LFCC library. Click on the first number in this column (Loans) to see what you have checked out.
You should now see what you have checked out and under the Due Date column, you will see the date that each item is due. Click on the number by the book in the No. column.
You should see a Renew link, if you are allowed to renew the item. Click the renew link to renew the item.
Your books will now display with the new due date.
