There is a minimum replacement cost of $35 for books, in order to cover the processing costs for book replacement. However, if the book has a sticker price greater than $35, we will charge the sticker price for the book.
Depending on the item, you may be able to purchase a replacement copy for less than $35 from a retailer. Please consult with the library first on whether that would be the best option.
